My Brother
Love Tammy
My brother meant a great deal to me in so many different way. I looked up to him for being so strong and always carrying a smile. He was so special that every time I was around him no matter how I felt, he uplifted my spirits. He glowed with happiness.
I was never able to spend enough time with Jimmy. I with my two sisters and one brother lived in Ohio. Jimmy lived in Michigan with my other three brothers. I spent every summer with him and many times he was in the hospital. Yet, he nver failed to make me feel better. He was always in my thoughts and will always remain in them.
There are many special memories that I will hold close to my heart. The last Memorial Day, when I was able to go to Kings Island with him and we made a video. The last family gathering we had when all of us were together. Jimmy even then did not fail to delight and warmth us with his love. I know Jimmy knew how special he was to me.
I now have two children. At the time of Jimmy's death, I had one. Even though, he was only three, he still remembers his Uncle Jimmy. It hurts me to know that my daughter will never be able to personally know Jimmy. The only thing that gives me any solace is the knowledge that we will once again be together as a family.
